Synthetic and Nylon Mesh
BY THE ROLL OR METRE
All meshes are precision woven for use in the sieving and screening of a wide range of products. Mesh can be bought by the roll, or cut by the metre. Widths from 1 to 2 metres wide.
Below is a list of filter mesh materials. If you do not see what you need, please call us.
NYLON
- Nylon is a synthetic material which is the most used material in the market today.
- It has a working temperature of up to 120°C.
- It is fair with acids & oxidising agents, good with alkalis, and excellent with solvents.
- Please refer to the list of nylon meshes we stock ( typical examples )
- If you do not see the mesh you need, please call us.
- Apertures range from 1 micron up to 5000 micron.

We also stock a range of blue food quality nylon mesh from 600 microns to 3360 microns.
POLYESTER
- Polyester is a synthetic material which is used like nylon, but at a higher temperature.
- It has a working temperature up to 150°C.
- Apertures range from 1 micron to 5000 micron.
- It is poor with oxidising agents, good with acids, and excellent with solvents.
- Please refer to the list of polyester meshes. ( typical example )
